Our mission
Opening education to everyone.
We bring complementary organisations together to build and deploy accessible, accountable technology for learning — at the scale that public and corporate programmes demand.
Why a consortium
Large education programmes ask a lot of their providers: learning expertise, robust platforms, accessibility, data protection, responsible AI and the capacity to deliver across institutions and borders. Few organisations hold all of these alone.
TDEC is a newly formed consortium of NEES, FUNDEPES, AXON PARK and AI.EDU. Rather than creating another organisation, the members combine what they already do well under shared principles, so commissioners can engage one coordinated partnership and learners benefit from the best each member offers.
What we aim to achieve
- Education technology that every learner can use, including disabled learners and those using assistive technology.
- Responsible use of AI in learning, with human oversight, transparency and strong privacy protections.
- Programmes that are designed with educators, not just for them.
- Lasting capability for the institutions we work with, not dependency on any single supplier.

Stronger together
Educators, institutions and technology.
A shared vision for education.
We believe the best learning technology is built in partnership: educators who understand learners, institutions that understand their communities, and technologists who build for everyone.
