About the consortium
Members who bid and deliver together.
TDEC is a newly formed consortium of NEES, FUNDEPES, AXON PARK and AI.EDU. Its members combine their expertise to bid for and deliver accessible, accountable education technology for public and corporate programmes.
Our members
Four organisations. One shared purpose.
TDEC is a consortium of member organisations. Each brings its own expertise; together they bid for and deliver programmes that none would take on as well alone.
- NEES
- FUNDEPES
- AXON PARK
- AI.EDU
A consortium, not a company
TDEC is not a separate organisation with its own staff or offices. It is the way its members choose to work together: each remains independent, and each brings its people, expertise and track record to the opportunities the consortium pursues.
This keeps the consortium focused and efficient. Commissioners engage one coordinated partnership, and every programme is delivered by the organisations best suited to it.
How members work together
- Members decide together which opportunities the consortium pursues.
- For each bid, the participating members agree a lead member, roles and responsibilities before a proposal is submitted.
- Commissioners have one clear point of contact throughout a programme.
- Our principles on accessibility, accountable AI and collaboration apply to every programme, whichever members deliver it.
- Conflicts of interest are raised and resolved openly between members.
Growing the consortium
The consortium is open to conversations with organisations that share its principles and bring capabilities that strengthen what members can offer together.
